“It was amazing to see Jeanette Saunders standing up from her wheelchair after ten minutes of warm-ups. The second part of the class was Therapeutic Tai Chi for Health. With clear verbal instruction and lead, the seniors followed her well, ‘ writes St. Louis Tai Chi Examiner Violet Lee in her story about our youngest instructor, Jardena Green, on December 9, 2009. Jardena, who just turned 19, has been giving one-hour sessions twice a week at Sullivan Place, a gated senior living community in North St. Louis.
